SimplicityPro™ cookies

A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. SimplicityPro™ does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people search. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some SimplicityPro™ features or services may not function properly without cookies.

Types of cookies

Persistent cookies are stored for a long time - typically days or weeks - and are used to store details such as:

  • Your logon ID and password (if you've checked the "remember me" box)

  • Your last-visited SimplicityPro™ page (so we can take you back to it the next time you logon)

Temporary or "session" cookies only exist while you're actually using SimplicityPro™. We use these to store details such as:

  • Your logon name

  • The active SimplicityPro™ member and program (academic year, au pair, work/travel, etc.)

Important!  If cookies are not working on your computer, you will not be able to use many features of our website.
